One thing's for sure, by the time the trade deadline rolls around on Thursday the Atlanta Hawks will have done a lot of window shopping. Now it's time to figure out if they'll buy something.
The Washington Wizards' Kirk Hinrich, the Denver Nuggets' Raymond Felton and the Portland Trail Blazers' Andre Miller are all potential Hawks targets at the trade deadline, according to Yahoo! Sports Adrian Wojnarowski and Marc J. Spears.
The Hawks reportedly are looking to deal away PG Mike Bibby and trade themselves out from the last three years of Marvin Williams' three-year contract according to Yahoo! Sports.
Not surprisingly, the Hawks aren't having much luck finding a trade suitor for Williams, who has another $23 million left on his deal.
Atlanta would also like move Bibby and upgrade at point guard, but he is owed $6.2 million next season.
Hinrich, who is averaging 11.1 points and 4.4 assists for the last-place Washington Wizards, makes $9 million this year and is slated to make $8 million next season. Felton, who was acquired by the Nuggets from the Knicks in the Carmelo Anthony trade, is under contract for $7.5 million both this year and next.
Miller is making $7.27 million this year with a team option for $7.8 million next season.
Yahoo! Sports also reports that the deal for Devin Harris appears to be dead, as there are no trade possibilities between the Hawks and the New Jersey Nets.
