Miami Hurricanes vs. North Carolina Tar Heels, noon, ESPN2 or ACC Network (WATL): The Canes took advantage of a Virginia Cavaliers collapse yesterday, reminiscent of how rapidly the football Canes fell apart when those teams met on the gridiron last year. UNC isn't likely to provide quite as many gifts, though the last time the Heels met Miami, an upset was nearly pulled.

Boston College Eagles vs. Clemson Tigers, 2, ESPN2 or ACC Network (WATL): Anything's a degree-of-difficulty upgrade compared to the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Clemson beat BC 77-69 at home in their one meeting this year.

Maryland Terrapins vs. Duke Blue Devils, 7, ESPN2 or ACC Network (WATL): Jordan Williams led the Eagles past the N.C. State Wolfpack yesterday, drawing a Duke team that's beaten the Terps by a combined 15 points in two meetings this season.

Virginia Tech Hokies vs. Florida St. Seminoles, 9, ACC Network (WATL): Virginia Tech splattered the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets last night, perhaps a foot or two off the bubble. They can go ahead and make the leap onto the bracket with a win today against FSU.
