Cavaliers Vs. Hawks Score: Atlanta Posts 52-39 Edge At Half

Marvin Williams is doing a fantastic job picking up the slack in the absence of Joe Johnson.

Williams has 13 points and Al Horford posted 14 to lead the Atlanta Hawks to a 52-39 lead over the lowly Cleveland Cavaliers at the half.

Josh Smith rebounded from a terrible first quarter to score 11 points and grab 11 rebounds for the Hawks, who clinched a playoff spot last night, but lost Johnson to a sprained right thumb.

The Hawks shifted the lineup a bit, starting Jason Collins at the five, Horford at the four, Smith at the three and Williams at Johnson's customary shooting guard position. Thus far, the Hawks aren't missing Johnson very much. But then again, they are playing the Cavs -- a team that set an NBA record by losing 26 straight games this season.

Baron Davis has 11 points and Alonzo Gee and Ramon Sessions six each for Cleveland, which has dropped seven of its last eight at home.
