Hawks Vs. Bulls Game 6 Score: Chicago Takes 27-17 Edge Through One Quarter

Things aren't starting very well for the Atlanta Hawks

Carlos Boozer has nine points and Luol Deng seven to post the charging Chicago Bulls to a 27-17 lead through one quarter in pivotal Game Six of their Eastern Conference Semifinal matchup at Philips Arena.

Joakim Noah has six points and Derrick Rose five for Chicago, which shot a blistering 63-percent (12-for-19) in the first 12 minutes.

Atlanta also shot well, connecting on 8-of-16 shots (50-percent) in the frame, but Atlanta seems to be missing that something extra tonight.

Josh Smith netted seven points and Joe Johnson six for Atlanta, which needs to win this one in order to stay alive.

However, keep this in mind Hawks fans, the team that lead after one quarter has won every game of the series. That doesn't bode well for Atlanta's basketball team.

Here's to hoping that they break the trend or the Hawks will be going home tonight.
