Dream Vs. Sky Final Score: Atlanta Can't Hold Early Lead, Fall 81-69

Atlanta built an early double digit lead but couldn't hold it as Chicago rallied down the stretch to an 81-69 victory over the Dream. After taking a 39-31 lead into halftime, the Dream was outscored 50-30 in the second half on their way to their eighth loss of the season.

Angel McCoughtry led the Dream with 17 points, eight rebounds, and six assists but was just 6-23 from the field. Erika de Souza finished with 14 points and seven rebounds while Iziane Castro Marques tossed in 12. Lindsey Harding finished with just six points and one assist after scoring a season high 25 points in her last outing.

Epiphanny Prince led the Sky with 24 points while Courtney Vandersloot added 16 for Chicago. Prince helped lead a relentless attack into the paint leading to the Sky having a 22-12 advantage in free throws made for the game.

Atlanta forward Sancho Lyttle made the trip to Chicago but sat our her seventh straight game this time because of a strained back. Lyttle missed the previous six games while playing with the Spanish National Team. At this point she is considered as day to day.
