After leaving the game in the first quarter with a shoulder injury, Hawks center Al Horford headed to the locker room for x-rays. The Hawks have announced that Horford has a strained shoulder and is out for the remainder of tonight's game. Horford will be re-evaluated tomorrow in Atlanta.

Zaza Pachulia replaced Horford in the Atlanta lineup and Jason Collins is now presumably the backup. The Hawks are already shorthanded tonight at the small forward position with Marvin Williams back home in Atlanta with an ankle injury and Tracy McGrady as a late scratch with back spasms.
