NBA Standings 2012: Atlanta Just Percentage Points Behind Orlando For Division Lead

Even an injury to All-Star Al Horford hasn't been able to keep the Atlanta Hawks down just yet. The Hawks have won two straight games since Horford's injury and are just percentage points behind the Orlando Magic for the Southeast division lead with a 9-4 record. The Hawks are currently second in the division and a half game ahead of the Miami Heat who have suddenly lost three straight.

Atlanta is currently fifth in the east 2.5 games behind the conference leading Chicago Bulls. Philadelphia and Indiana sport identical 9-3 marks for second and third while the Orlando Magic are fourth at 8-3. Eight of Atlanta's nine wins on the season have come against Eastern Conference opponents.
