The Atlanta Hawks are looking for a season best four-game winning streak when they host the Portland Trail Blazers Wednesday night in Jamal Crawford's first return to Philips Arena. Atlanta's win streak has come without Al Horford who is out for at least three months with a torn pectoral muscle.
The Hawks defeated Toronto on Monday 96-84 thanks to big nights from Josh Smith and Joe Johnson. Smith finished with 28 points and 15 rebounds while Johnson tallied 27 points and handed out six assists. The Hawks are 6-1 at Philips Arena this season.
Portland snapped a three game losing streak with an 84-77 win over New Orleans on Monday. The Trail Blazers are in the middle of a six-game road trip. Jamal Crawford has struggled of late for the Blazers shooting just 22 percent while averaging seven points per game in his last three contests.
