The Atlanta Hawks rallied from a 13 point deficit to take a 70-68 lead into the fourth quarter after receiving a spark from an unlikely source.
With the Hawks intent on firing up jump shots to start the quarter, it looked like they were about to get blown out of their own building even without the services of LeBron James and Dwyane Wade. Looking for energy, Larry Drew went deep into the bench and sent Ivan Johnson into the game. Johnson scored just four points in the quarter but instantly brought some energy to the team as they slowly started to dig themselves out of the hole.
Willie Green leads the Hawks with 14 points while Joe Johnson and Josh Smith have 13 points each. Chris Bosh leads Miami with 20 points and eight rebounds.
