Horford started in 11 games before he was injured and in those 11 games, he averaged 12.4 points per game and seven rebounds per game. In his absence, Zaza Pachulia has averaged 13.9 points and 6.4 rebounds per game. Since Horford's injury, the Hawks have gone 12-14 to finish out the first half of the season. His recovery was estimated to take three to four months from the date of his injury, which was January 11.
