The Atlanta Hawks will try and snap a two game losing streak Monday night when they host Steve Nash and the Phoenix Suns. Atlanta has dropped the first two games of its four-game home stand since returning from its most successful five-game road trip in over 40 years.
Atlanta dropped a 98-87 decision on Friday night to Philadelphia and are hoping to avoid their fourth straight loss to the Suns in the series. The Hawks will have to figure out a way to deal with Phoenix's length at the basket in starting center Marcin Gortat and backup Robin Lopez.
Gortat finished with 12 points and 12 rebounds in Phoenix's 95-89 win over Charlotte on Saturday. Lopez finished with 13 points scoring nine straight during a 12-2 run in the fourth quarter to seal the victory.
