Atlanta is expected to start both Jeff Teague and Kirk Hinrich in the backcourt with Joe Johnson shifting to the small forward position. Without Pargo available, it will potentially mean more minutes for Tracy McGrady or Jerry Stackhouse off the bench for Atlanta.
Pargo has appeared in 39 games for Atlanta this season and is averaging 5.2 points and 1.4 assists per game while shooting a career best 42 percent from the field.
