The injuries continue to pile up for the Atlanta Hawks who can add Jannero Pargo to their injury list after the guard had successful surgery on his appendix Sunday night. Pargo is expected to miss about a month while he recovers from the surgery.
Glad to report Jannero Pargo had successful surgery on his appendix this evening (in CLEV), but he will be out of action at least a month.

Pargo was taken to the hospital before Sunday's game with the Cavaliers as a precautionary measure after experiencing a stomach illness. Pargo is scheduled to return to Atlanta in a couple of days.
The injury leaves the Hawks extremely thin at the point guard position given that Kirk Hinrich has moved into the starting lineup alongside Jeff Teague. With Marvin Williams and Willie Green both also sidelined with injuries, Larry Drew has to rely on either Tracy McGrady or Jerry Stackhouse to help provide depth.
