The Atlanta Hawks head into Friday night's game against the Milwaukee Bucks having lost nine of their last 13 games and fresh off of an 85-82 loss to the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday.
Atlanta struggled offensively against the Warriors and settled for jump shots particularly in the first half against the Warriors' zone defense.
"I thought we settled for way too many jump shots," coach Larry Drew said. "We've got to be smarter and understand the flow of the game. It's one thing if you're making shots, but if you're not making shots from the perimeter you can't just settle for jump shots."
Milwaukee can relate to Atlanta's struggles as they come into the game having lost seven of nine including a 102-96 loss to the Boston Celtics on Wednesday.
