Knicks Vs. Hawks: Jeremy Lin Ruled Out With Knee Injury

There will be no Linsanity Friday night at Philips Arena as Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin will not play due to a knee injury. Knicks head coach Mike Woodson confirmed that Lin will miss his third straight game. Baron Davis is expected to start in his place.

With Davis starting, it is likely that former Hawks point guard Mike Bibby will also make an appearance in tonight's game. Bibby played just over 17 minutes in Thursday's win over the Orlando Magic.

Lin is averaging 14.6 points and 6.1 assists per game while shooting 45 percent from the field. Lin scored 17 points and handed out nine assists in the Knicks 99-82 win over the Hawks earlier this season.
