The Atlanta Hawks will attempt to get one step closer to nailing down homecourt advantage in the first-round of the playoffs when they take on the New York Knicks and former head coach Mike Woodson Sunday afternoon at Philips Arena.
Atlanta was unimpressive in a 97-92 win over a severely undermanned Celtics team. However, they were at least able to pull out a victory. New York suffered a disappointing 98-90 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday and remain locked in a battle with Philadelphia for the seventh seed in the East.
Atlanta will get homecourt advantage in the first-round as long as they hold off the Orlando Magic and keep a better record than the Boston Celtics in the final standings.
Game Date/Time: Sunday, April 22, 1:00 p.m. ET
Location: Philips Arena, Atlanta, Georgia
TV: ESPN, SportSouth
Radio: 99X
