Video: Marvin Williams Finishes The Break, Atlanta Up Early

The Atlanta Hawks couldn't have gotten off to a better start than they have against the Boston Celtics in Game 1 of the 2012 NBA Playoffs. Atlanta has looked like the younger and fresher team while building a lead in the first quarter.

Atlanta has taken every opportunity to get out in transition where they have not struggled to finish plays like this one from Marvin Williams.

Josh Smith has nine early points and Joe Johnson is close behind with seven for the Hawks. Boston would be really in trouble if not for Rajon Rondo who has 10 points for the Celtics. Kevin Garnett has just two points and is 1 for 7 from the field in the first quarter. The Hawks hit 55 percent of their shots in the first quarter while holding the Celtics to just 40 percent.
