Atlanta Hawks Offseason: Many Questions Await Team This Summer

The Atlanta Hawks are just days removed from their Game 6 loss to the Boston Celtics that ended its season. The Hawks enter an offseason full of uncertainty as the contracts of both general manager Rick Sund and head coach Larry Drew are set to expire at the end of June.

In addition to the management questions, nine of the 15 players on the active roster are free agents. Starters Jeff Teague, Joe Johnson, Marvin Williams, Josh Smith and Al Horford along with reserve center Zaza Pachulia are the only Hawks players that are under contract for next season.

Among those that are set to hit free agency are guard Kirk Hinrich, forward Tracy McGrady and center Jason Collins. Veterans Jannero Pargo, Willie Green and Vladimir Radmanovic along with rookie Ivan Johnson also will be free to sign with any other team this offseason.
