2012 NBA Draft Workouts: Atlanta Hosts Quincy Miller, Doron Lamb, Kris Joseph On Saturday

The Atlanta Hawks begin draft workouts on Saturday morning as the team will get a closer look at Baylor forward Quincy Miller, Kentucky guard Doron Lamb and Syracuse forward Kris Joseph.

Miller may be the highest profile prospect of the bunch but he has seen his stock start to slip as questions are still cropping up about the ACL injury that he suffered during his senior year of high school. He needs some strong workouts to show everyone that he is healthy and has the quickness that allows him to play the small forward position at 6-foot-10.

Lamb is projected by most as a late first, early second round projection after two solid seasons with the Wildcats. Lamb is a good enough scorer who excels from the perimeter and could be a specialist pick for a team late in the first round.

Kris Joseph helped anchor a very successful Syracuse team in 2012 and averaged just under 14 points and five rebounds. He is projected as a second round pick or to go undrafted but could find his way into an NBA training came during the fall.
