The Atlanta Hawks have signed free agent guard Louis Williams, formerly of the Philadelphia 76ers, according to ESPN:

Williams is an Atlanta native, hailing from South Gwinnett High School in Snellville, where he declared directly for the NBA Draft out of high school. The 6-1, 175 lb. guard has spent his entire pro career with Philadelphia, averaging 11.3 points and 3 assists per game. Williams led the Sixers in scoring this season with 14.9 points a game despite never starting. He finished second for the Sixth Man award, behind James Harden of the Thunder.
