Atlanta Hawks Interested In Kyle Korver, According To Report

As the Chicago Bulls rework their backcourt, guard Kyle Korver could be on the move, and to the Atlanta Hawks in a potential trade. The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that Korver is drawing interest in a sign-and-trade move, as he's due a $5 million option next season:

A different source said the Bulls were exploring sign-and-trade possibilities that could send Kyle Korver to the Minnesota Timberwolves or Atlanta Hawks, although his return to the Bulls hasn’t been ruled out.

The decision to pick up Korver’s $5 million option for next season doesn’t have to be made until Sunday.

Korver is a ten-year veteran of the league, first landing with Philadelphia after being traded on Draft night by the Nets. He's averaged 9.5 points and 2.8 rebounds per game and averaged 22.6 minutes a game last season with the Bulls.
