Crawford is expected to sign a three-year deal with the Clippers worth a reported $15.7 million. Two seasons ago he had expressed interest in a long term deal to remain in Atlanta but the Hawks who were mired with salary cap problems at the time showed very little interest. Crawford signed with Portland and averaged 14 points a game but saw his shooting percentage fall to just 38 percent. He will be expected to provide scoring punch for the Clippers off the bench.
