Hinrich was traded to the Washington Wizards two seasons ago and then later traded to the Atlanta Hawks. He helped Atlanta defeat the Orlando Magic in the first round of the 2011 playoffs before missing the second round series against the Bulls with a hamstring injury. Hinrich suffered a shoulder injury during the lockout and missed the first part of the 2012 season. He averaged 6.6 points and 2.8 assists in 48 games for Atlanta in 2012.
