This could be the last game of Chipper Jones' career, a one-game playoff at Turner Field to advance to the National Division Series. A loss means Jones' storied career ends with a total of 93 playoff games. He says he's not even nervous about it.

Why would he be nervous? After everything he's proved and the kind of season he's had in helping the Braves get this far, there is no reason to be nervous. The Manning brothers of NFL fame have both been quoted saying that when you're nervous you're unprepared. Maybe for a couple of preparation freaks like those guys, but Chipper admits to being nervous before the workout the day before playoff games.

This one, however, is a bit different:

"I was riding in with my mom and dad today and I turned around and told my dad, I was like this is why I know I'm ready to go," Jones said, via Mark Bowman. "I'm not even nervous. I don't know whether that is being prepared , you know and being confident. But usually first game of the playoffs, I'm nervous before the workout the day before."
