NFL injury report: Falcons healthy through Week 7 bye

The Falcons were able to rest up in Week 7 without worrying about major injuries.

The Atlanta Falcons are flying high, and have yet to be slowed down by major injuries through Week 7. The Falcons were able to take Sunday off and enjoy their 6-0 record as the last remaining undefeated in the NFL.

Atlanta was able to get to the bye without any injuries in their narrow victory over the Raiders in Week 6. Two players were inactive that game; running back Antone Smith (hamstring) and tight end Michael Palmer (shoulder).

A couple defensive players were able to play through pain against the Raiders after being limited in practice. Defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux started and recorded three tackles. Linebacker Stephen Nicholas played but did not record any statistics.

The Falcons will put their unblemished record on the line when they visit the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday afternoon. Atlanta is in control of the NFC South division, as they are four games ahead of second-place New Orleans.
