The Duke Blue Devils still lead the way -- they're now 5-to-1 favorites. The Kentucky Wildcats and Florida Gators saw their odds inch downward along with most other teams, with the Heels now at 18-to-1 and the Gators 20-to-1. The Florida St. Seminoles, Mississippi St. Bulldogs, and Virginia Tech Hokies were among the 100-to-1 teams that are down to 60-to-1, while the N.C. State Wolfpack only went down to 85-to-1.â†µ
Between May and November, bettors apparently expressed more unexpected confidence in the Tennessee Volunteers than in any other team, as the Vols' odds were slashed by more than half.
