Former Florida Gators QB Tim Tebow could start a pro football game this weekend, as Denver Broncos starter Kyle Orton hasn't practiced since last week. Already the league's most efficient passer, averaging one perfect touchdown per attempt, Tebow would be in line to start a perfect three-game winning streak to close the season.
↵Orton may be out with arm and rib injuries, though Denver also needs to find out in a hurry what it has in Tebow. We may finally get to see what we've been looking forward to since NFL Draft night -- Tebow handing off to Georgia Bulldogs RB Knowshon Moreno.
↵By the way, welcome to SB Nation The Starting Status Of Former Florida Gators Quarterbacks, the SB Nation community devoted to former Florida Gators quarterbacks and whether they will start or not; thanks for reading my Rex Grossman post and wanting to learn more about what we do here. Oh, and Grossman and Orton both used to play tug-of-war with the Chicago Bears starting job. #synergy
