2011 NFL Draft: Will Hill Leaves Florida Gators Early, Via Facebook?

Junior Florida Gators safety Will Hill appears to have declared his intention to leave early for the 2011 NFL Draft, writing "farewell uf" on his Facebook wall Monday morning. While he could also only be stepping out for the morning, meaning we'll see a "hello again uf" message later tonight, Hill is now the second SEC entity this week to make a major announcement via Facebook. So far he's gotten a better response than Vanderbilt did when announcing its head coach, though.

Mocking The Draft, our NFL Draft community, has previously said Hill would be wise to stick around for a senior season. Word on the street is Hill doesn't expect to get along with new coach Will Muschamp, but are NFL coaches really known for being more lovable than COACH BOOM?

Clicking around the internet, it looks like most are expecting Hill to be something like a third- or possibly second-round pick.

Hill is a tremendous athlete, but has rough decision-making skills both on and off the field. He was suspended for two games this season, and isn't always in position during plays. In unrelated matters, you may remember him as the guy who ran over the man in the wheelchair:
