The Mumme Poll, a weekly college football approval poll run by Get The Picture and 3rd Saturday In Blogtober, is about to be up and running.
↵An approval voting'd poll provides an interesting contrast to our own BlogPoll, which is styled after the AP and Coaches' polls in that a number one vote counts for 25 points, a number two for 24, and so on. In an approval poll, its presence that counts, not rankings. A Mumme Poll ballot is basically a list of ten teams the voter finds most worthy, with one of them designated top dog. Though probably not Dawgs. Or Jackets. This is a bad year.
↵It's open to individuals too, whereas BlogPoll is a poll of WAIT FOR IT blogs. You can register to participate in the Mumme Poll here.
