Ray Drew Announcing Commitment To Georgia, Clemson, LSU, Or TEAM SHOCKER At 10 AM ET

UPDATE: Dream Team on -- Ray Drew has committed to UGA.

The story of the morning: prized high school football recruit Ray Drew is set to announce where he’ll commit to play college football. He’ll do the honors at 10 am ET from Thomasville, promising a simpler ceremony than that Malcolm Mitchell production, which would be a welcome treat after Drew’s theatrical performances all season.

The list is believed to be narrowed to the Georgia Bulldogs, Clemson Tigers, LSU Tigers, and Miami Hurricanes.

Most are writing off the Auburn Tigers chances after Drew cancelled a visit with them. You’d have to also think Miami is out of it as well, as they’ve been losing talent left and right since Al Golden took over for Randy Shannon. A Drew commit could salvage the coach’s year-one class, but it’s a longshot.

Then again, Drew has teased the possibility of signing with a longshot. He’s also teased the possibility of everything else at one point or another.

Drew would be the highest-rated player in Georgia’s 2011 class, for now at least.
