2011 NFL Draft: Da'Quan Bowers, Brandon Harris, Zane Parr Declare For Draft

A trio of ACC NFL Draft prospects have thrown their hats in the ring. The biggest name is Clemson Tigers DE Da’Quan Bowers, who’s picked an agent according to Scout.com. Bowers was up for just about every national award for which a defensive lineman can be nominated, led the nation in sack yardage, and is expected to be a top-10 pick at worst. His decision to enter the draft: a no-brainer. SB Nation’s most recent mock draft sent him to the Bengals at No. 4.

Miami Hurricanes CB Brandon Harris announced in a statement he plans to go pro, a month after leaving the door open to return. He’s also a likely first-rounder, slated for the middle of day one and potentially the third or fourth defensive back taken.

Virginia Cavaliers DE Zane Parr has also declared — Parr will not be a first-round selection. He may not even be a day-two pick. He doesn’t appear on Mocking The Draft’s top 200, and MTD regulars are highly perplexed by his decision.
