Georgia Recruiting: Quan Bray Commits To Auburn Over Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama

Lagrange, Georgia athlete Quan Bray verbally committed to play for the Auburn Tigers during the second half of the 2011 Under Armour All-America Game. Both of the potential Georgia Bulldogs in tonight’s game are headed west to the state of Alabama, with Xzavier Dickson picking Alabama in a two-team race.

Both players have looked pretty good, too. Dickson has at least two sacks and forced another, while Bray has returned kickoffs competently.

Bray is the Peach State’s No. 8 player according to Rivals, so it’s hardly a surprise to see him leaving the state. That’s what top-10 Georgia players do, after all. He was offered by 15 schools, most of them in the Southeast, including Georgia Tech. Georgia and Auburn were the only schools he visited, both of them in the past few weeks.

Auburn’s decent class is getting quite a boost tonight, with two four-star recruits picking the Tigers. Robenon Therezie was the other.
