Steve Spurrier Doesn't Sound Convinced That Georgia Can Win Out

Forgive Steve Spurrier if he is a little cranky after losing control of the SEC East. After all it was his South Carolina team that defeated Georgia in the season's second week of the season. Of course that was before running back Marcus Lattimore was was lost for the season with a knee injury and before Stephen Garcia was kicked off the team finally for real.

Despite winning seven games in a row, Spurrier is imploring his team to focus on Florida because it sounds like he doubts the Bulldogs' ability to win seven straight SEC contests.

Spurrier: If (UGA) can win 7 SEC games in a row, we'll congratulate them and go from there. The only thing we need to think about is Florida

Forgive Steve if he is cranky because he knows that if the Gamecocks don't defeat Florida, then all Georgia will have to do is defeat Kentucky to capture the SEC Eastern division crown.
