Outback Bowl 2012: Michigan State's Keith Nichol Says 'Beating Georgia Bigger Than Defeating Michigan'

Maybe its a slight dig at the Michigan Wolverines, or maybe he actually means it, but Michigan State wide receiver Keith Nichol is not taking anything for granted in the 2012 Outback Bowl versus the Georgia Bulldogs.

Per CBS correspondent Dana Gauruder:

WR Keith Nichol said beating Georgia in the Outback Bowl would mean more than the team’s fourth straight victory over Michigan this season. "People know what it takes to beat Michigan now. People don’t know what it takes to win a bowl game yet. That would set a great example for the younger guys."

The showdown between the Spartans and the Bulldogs will commence in Tampa, Florida at 1:00 pm ET, Monday, January 2nd on ABC.
