We’ve got printable 2011 NCAA Tournament brackets for your impending March Madness pools, updated to reflect the final results of last night’s two play-in games. There will be two more tonight, so you might want to print off tomorrow’s updated versions, or maybe you’re just rarin’ to go.
Last night, UNC-Asheville topped Arkansas-Little Rock to advance into the first (“second”) round of the Southeast region, where they’ll play Pitt. This game does not matter for your picking purposes, unless you are a lunatic. The other game might, however.
Clemson handed UAB to draw West Virginia in the East region. Clemson looked all right, and was clearly not interested in remaining lumped in with UAB, its fellow suspect tourney pick. WVU over Clemson is still going to be a near-unanimous pick, but it’s at least worth lingering over now that an ACC team is in the game.
Tonight’s games pit USC against VCU for a crack at Georgetown and Alabama State against UTSA for a chance at Ohio State.
