Matthew Stafford Opening Atlanta Restaurant, Which Will Probably Involve Kegs

Former Georgia Bulldogs QB Matthew Stafford is looking to start up an Atlanta restaurant, a la Atlanta Hawks center Zaza Pachulia, called The Fifth Quarter. Sounds like the plan is for Stafford, his sister's boyfriend or girlfriend's brother (depending on where you read!), Philadelpia Eagles WR Chad Hall, and Hall's father to set up a wings and pizza joint in town.

They're hoping it will open in August, and Hall has said he'll man the restaurant regularly if the NFL lockout causes games to be cancelled.

This photograph contains everything I know about Stafford's food and drink preferences, so use it as your primary point of reference into Stafford's dining establishment until we hear otherwise. Interesting that Stafford is choosing Atlanta as the base of his restaurant empire, as opposed to Detroit.
