SEC Baseball Tournament Scores, Schedule: Georgia Upsets South Carolina With Florida Up Next

The Georgia Bulldogs will need to take down a second highly ranked team in a row if they want to turn the 2011 SEC Tournament into a national bid. After beating the No. 2 seed South Carolina Gamecocks 4-2 Friday, they'll need a victory over the No. 3 Florida Gators to advance. They'll have someone special in their corner, as injured outfielder Jonathan Taylor is making the trip to cheer his teammates.

The Dawgs jumped on top of the Gamecocks early, securing a 3-0 first inning lead as Chase Davidson knocked in two quick runs.

Earlier, the Arkansas Razorbacks topped the Alabama Crimson Tide, 4-1, to get a chance at the Vanderbilt Commodores. Ryan Stanek was the hero, giving up a lonesome run in almost eight innings of work.
