VIDEO: Aaron Murray Connects On 80-Yard Bomb To Tavarres King

After a first half dominated by two top-rated defenses, with Georgia and Michigan State combining for over a dozen tackles behind the line of scrimmage, Aaron Murray blew the Outback Bowl wide open on a beautiful 80-yard bomb that traveled 55 yards through the air to Tavarres King:

Neither team has been able to get anything going through the ground, as both defensive lines have controlled the line of scrimmage.

Murray, meanwhile, has managed the game while still connecting for big plays, completing 13 of 16 passes for 186 yards and 1 TD.

Despite how well the Spartans defense played in the first half, the Bulldogs have left a lot of points on the field, as they were stopped on a 4rth-and-1 at the Michigan State six-yard line while Murray coughed up a fumble on another drive in Michigan State territory.

With the way the Georgia defense has been playing, it could be a long second half for Kirk Cousins, who will have to lead Michigan State back through the air while the Bulldogs defensive line pins their ears back and rushes the passer.
