NFL Mock Draft 2012: Georgia OG Cordy Glenn Projected To Go No. 31

The latest mock draft from SB Nation has one UGA football player, OG Cordy Glenn, going in the first round:

31. New York Giants, Cordy Glenn, OG, Georgia

The Giants offense surprised more than a few people already this season. They have the pieces in place on offense, but need to start turning over some of the age and cap space occupied by their offensive line. Glenn gives them a big boost in that department. He can also play tackle.

Glenn, a 6'5 350 offensive lineman from Riverdale, Georgia has risen up the draft boards after a dominant senior campaign.

A three-year starter, he was a consensus First Team All-SEC selection as well as a third-team AP All-American.

While he played at the tackle position in Athens, he's projected to move inside at the next level as there are questions about his foot-speed to pass protect on the edge against superior NFL athletes.

However, his size and versatility would likely make him a useful asset on the offensive line for the next decade.
