The Georgia Bulldogs will host the No. 1 ranked Kentucky Wildcats on Tuesday night at the Stegeman Coliseum in Athens. The Bulldogs are still in search of their second win in the SEC, currently holding a 1-4 record within the conference and an overall record of 10-9.
Georgia will certainly have their work cut out for them if they hope to hand the Wildcats their first conference loss of the season. Kentucky holds an overall record of 19-1 and are a perfect 5-0 in the SEC. They are coming off a 77-71 win over Alabama on Saturday, which helped them leapfrog Syracuse to reclaim the No. 1 spot in the national polls.
The last time Kentucky came to Georgia was last January, when the Bulldogs won a 77-70 upset over the Wildcats. Last year, however, the Bulldogs team included Trey Thompkins and Travis Leslie, both of whom now play for the Los Angeles Clippers.
The game will begin at 9:00 PM EST and will be televised nationally on ESPN.
