Georgia Vs. Kentucky Final Score: Bulldogs Fall 57-44 To No. 1 Wildcats

The Georgia Bulldogs drop to 1-5 in the SEC with a 57-44 loss to the No. 1 ranked Kentucky Wildcats at Stegeman Coliseum.

Georgia hung in the game early before a late 10-0 spurt by the Wildcats gave them a 38-26 halftime lead. Neither team lit up the scoreboard in the second half but the offensively challenged Bulldogs just don't have enough weapons to go up against a team like Kentucky.

Darius Miller scored 19 points off the bench to lead the Wildcats. Miller hit 7-8 field goal attempts and was 4-4 from three-point range. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist finished with 14 points. Anthony Davis scored just four points but had 11 rebounds and five blocked shots for which Georgia had little answer.

Dustin Ware led the Bulldogs with 12 points going 5-12 from the field and 2-8 from three-point range. Nemanja Djurisic scored all 10 of his points in the first half. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was held in check finishing with seven points on 3-11 shooting.
