Turnovers have hurt the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets as they have dug themselves a big hole in the first half as they trail Alabama 40-22. The Yellow Jackets turned the ball over 15 times in the first half giving the Crimson Tide extra opportunities.
With Alabama hitting more than half of its shot attempts, the Yellow Jackets can't afford to be giving them any extra opportunities. Kammeon Holsey worked hard for 10 points in the first half but also committed four of Tech's turnovers. Mfon Udofia has six points for the Yellow Jackets. Glen Rice Jr. scored just two points in the first half and hit only one of his six shot attempts.
