SEC Basketball Standings 2012: No. 3 Through No. 7 Teams Separated By A Mere Two Games

The SEC race is going to be tight down the stretch as five teams are within two games of the No. 3 spot, Kentucky has the league basically wrapped up and Georgia is trying to avoid 12th place.

The SEC regular season schedule is winding down with two weeks of play left before the conference tournament and it looks like Kentucky has all but wrapped up the SEC regular season title. The real drams is coming from the No. 3 through No. 9 spot which is separated by only three games, and in that bunch there are four teams who have a 6-6 record.

The Georgia Bulldogs are at the bottom of the SEC standings and are currently sitting at the 11 spot with four games left.
