Sanford Seay, Nick Marshall Dismissed From Georgia Football, According To Reports

Multiple reports indicate that two of Georgia's 2011 "dream team" recruits have been or will be dismissed from the team for theft.

Atlanta's Fox5 is reporting that two University of Georgia football players have been dismissed from the team after stealing property belonging to a third player.

Fox5 is reporting Nick Marshall and Sanford Seay were dismissed after allegedly taking around $500 in money and property, according to an unnamed source. The Athens Banner-Herald's Marc Weiszer also reports that Seay has been dismissed, and that Marshall will be later today.

Marshall is a freshman cornerback from Rochelle, Georgia. He had five tackles and appeared in 13 games for the Bulldogs Seay is a freshman wide receiver from Leesburg, Georgia who did not play in the 2011 season and was redshirted. Both players were highly sought after in recruiting, and part of Georgia's "dream team" signing class of 2011. According to Weiszer, Seay had been the subject of team discipline issues previously.
