2012 CIT Tournament: Georgia State, Mercer Rep Peach State

How many tournaments can there possibly be? Oh, we can keep going, y'all. For schools that didn't make it into the NCAA, NIT, or CBI, there's the midmajor-exclusive, pay-to-play Tournament, which will include the Georgia St. Panthers and Mercer Bears this time around.

The Panthers will get Tennessee Tech in Round 1, while Mercer hosts Tennessee State. With Savannah State playing Tennessee in the NIT, maybe a couple of state governors should wager some lake water on the best-of-three. First-round games begin on March 13, with the title game on March 28. Games are scheduled to air on Fox College Sports, so check your local TV listings!

The full bracket will be out soon here.
