NFL Draft 2012: Orson Charles, Brandon Boykin Among UGA Pro Day Workouts

The long-awaited Georgia Bulldogs Pro Day workouts of Orson Charles and Brandon Boykin, both of whom missed portions of the NFL Combine, got underway Monday. Cordy Glenn and Ben Jones participated in position drills, but let their Combine workout numbers ride, while offensive lineman Justin Anderson, fullback Bruce Figgins, defensive end DeAngelo Tyson, tight end Aron White and safety John Knox worked out fully.

Charles' lackluster 40-yard dash times, which various onlookers clocked anywhere between 4.6 and 4.9, are earning some scorn and derision, but it's a cold and blustery day in Athens. Still, it might've been a better idea to run under the roof at the Combine. Charles says he's displeased with his times and hopes he gets to run for teams again at some point.

Boykin isn't up to running yet, and says he's about "85 percent." He hopes to have a pro day of his own in early April at which he can show off his wheels.
