J.J. Green Becomes Georgia's 14th Commitment For 2013

Camden County's J.J. Green becomes Georgia's 14 commitment and second of the day for its 2013 recruiting class. Carter picked the Bulldogs over Georgia Tech, Stanford, Duke and Mississippi State.

Green is a 5-foot-9, 180 pound wide receiver/defensive back who is rated as a three-star recruit by 247sports.com. Green is the high school teammate of fellow Georgia Football commit Brice Ramsey. Green is the Bulldogs' second commitment of the day with South Gwinnett High's Reggie Carter having pledged earlier.

If Green plays wide receiver then he would join Tramel Terry and Kyrin Priester in the 2013 class. Like Green, Terry also plays defensive back and could line up on the defensive side of the field once he arrives in Athens.

Georgia is well on its way with its 2013 class having picked up three commitments last Friday and two more today. The Bulldogs are expected to sign as many as 30 players come February provided there are enough early enroll candidates to let them reach that number.
