Georgia Basketball Recruiting: Tony Parker Commitment Date Up In The Air

Tony Parker, among the most sought after unsigned college basketball prospects in the country, is "unlikely" to commit to a school on Wednesday, which marks the initial day of the NCAA's late signing period.

Seven schools remain in play for Parker, with no presumed favorite: Georgia, Ohio State, Duke, Kansas, Memphis, Georgetown and UCLA.

Parker's high school coach, Sharman White, offered this on the difficulty of making such an important decision: "I just think he's trying to get to a clear place in his mind where he wants to go. It's a really tough position to be in, and I don't envy him one bit. All things considered, he's handling it very well and trying to figure out what's best for him."

Parker must commit by May 16, the final day of the late-signing period.
