The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, Inc. has announced its Biletnikoff Award Watch List for 2012. Georgia Bulldogs senior Tavarres King has been named to the watch list for the upcoming 2012 season and could end up claiming the prestigious Biletnikoff Award when all is said and done.

The Biletnikoff Award is presented annually to the top receiver in the nation. Named after Hall of Famer Fred Biletnikoff, the award is the top honor a receiver can earn in college football, shy of the Heisman Trophy. Established in 1994, past winners include Randy Moss, Larry Fitzgerald and Braylon Edwards.

King may be poised to have a stellar year. In 14 games last season, he set career highs in receptions, receiving yards and touchdown receptions.

You can see the full watch list by visiting the official Biletnikoff Award website.
