Georgia Football Fall Camp: Mark Richt Pleased With Freshman's Early Performance

The Georgia Bulldogs brought in a 17-man class and while fall camp is still in its infancy head coach Mark Richt is very optimistic and excited about his freshman:

"Everybody's pretty pleased with the talent base that we brought in and the attitude, the willingness to learn and be coached, a lot of things that you know are going to be important if a guy's really going to become a good player one day," Richt said. "The skills sets are outstanding. The athleticism is outstanding. A lot of coaches are talking about the explosive ability of the defensive players that play on our near the line of scrimmage. I think we did a really good job of bringing in some outstanding freshmen."

Richt was also asked how many of these freshman will play, and he felt that every single one of them should have a very good chance of seeing the field this season. He just fell short of guaranteeing that every freshman would play, but just said "time will tell."
